CTOS provides two solutions to the damaged tool problem:
- Ship the damaged tools to one of our national locations, where they will be completely restored. After restoration, the tools will then be serialized and cataloged in our easily accessible RubberTesting.net net database.
- CTOS can also provide a shipping container that is stored on your property. Damaged tools can be placed in there and returned to our closest facility for reconditioning. We also offer a change-out program that replaces your damaged items with reconditioned tools. Once your damaged tools are reconditioned, we will hold and store them until you request a change-out.
