The Custom Truck 100K expandable reel trailer is built to handle exceptionally large Power Conductor Reels. The trailer is designed to be transported over the road empty at 8’ 6” wide needing no permits. On site, it is capable of handling max reel sizes up to 14’ tall X 10’ wide and 100,000 lbs. Trailer has two Hydraulic lift towers to self-load reels. Power Reel drive is done by twin adjustable planetary rim drive wheels.
IMT 7,500 lb. crane is part of the trailer for handling and installing large arbor bars into and out of reels.
